Abundia Global Impact Group and Frankfort Plastics entered a ten-year commercial arrangement under which Frankfort will supply 40,000 tons per year of polyolefin plastic waste (POP) to Abundia’s Cedar Port waste-to-fuels project, representing approximately half of the plant’s expected feedstock requirement. The commercial terms are reported as binding but subject to execution of definitive agreements anticipated in Q3 2026, and may have implications for feedstock specification, permitting, IP licensing, and contract risk allocation.
