Arkema has completed the acquisitions of Prochimir, a manufacturer of high-performance adhesive films. At the same time, it has acquired Lambson, a company that specializes in photoinitiators for photocure resins, according to an Arkema press release.
With sales of around €30 million, Prochimir will add to Bostik’s range of technologies in industrial adhesives.
Lambson, with sales of approximately €45 million, enables Sartomer to offer its customers in the electronics, 3D printing, composites, inks and coatings markets, a larger complementary range of material.
