CVD Equipment Corporation has sold its Stainless Design Concepts (SDC) business division for approximately $16.9 million in cash, with net proceeds of about $15.0 million after transaction costs and a $900,000 escrow. The company will retain ownership of its Saugerties, New York manufacturing facility and lease it to the buyer for an initial two-year term.
